Senior Production Manager (Open to relocate to Egypt)

Position: Senior Production Manager

Location: Suez, Egypt (Open to candidates willing to relocate)

Experience: 20+ years in production & maintenance management (FMCG mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically plan, supervise, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across production facilities.
• Lead troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Drive operational excellence by maximizing machine availability and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless plant performance.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of recurring equipment failures and implement sustainable root cause corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and equipment documentation with precision.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to production and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, and company procedures.
• Spearhead installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects for production equipment.
• Monitor and report KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, downtime, and maintenance costs, aligning with business objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all activities.

Requirements

• Minimum20 years of progressive experience in production & maintenance management.
• Proven track record in FMCG manufacturing (cosmetics background preferred, mandatory FMCG).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Expertise in managing large teams and complex production environments.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Open to candidates willing to relocate to Egypt
