Senior Production Engineer / Production Manager

We specialize in designing and manufacturing customized kiosk solutions for various industries, including banking, airports, retail, healthcare, education, government, and manufacturing.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer / Production Manager with strong expertise in sheet metal enclosure manufacturing, fabrication, and production operations to manage and lead our manufacturing unit.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in sheet metal enclosure production, fabrication processes, production planning, manpower management, quality control, and end-to-end manufacturing operations.

Sheet Metal Enclosure Manufacturing

• Manage end-to-end manufacturing of sheet metal enclosures, kiosk cabinets, industrial cabinets, and customized metal structures.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, including:
• Laser cutting and CNC punching.
• CNC bending and press brake operations.
• MIG / TIG welding and spot welding.
• Grinding, deburring, and surface finishing.
• Powder coating and painting.
• Drilling, tapping, riveting, and assembly.
• Understand and interpret mechanical drawings, 2D/3D CAD drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOM.

B. Production Planning & Operations Management

• Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Manage the complete production cycle from raw material procurement coordination to finished goods dispatch.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders as per customer requirements.

C. Team & Manpower Management

• Lead and supervise production supervisors, technicians, machine operators, welders, fabricators, and assembly teams.

D. Quality Assurance & Process Control

• Ensure quality standards throughout sheet metal fabrication and assembly processes.
• Monitor dimensional inspection, welding quality, surface finishing, and powder coating quality.

E. Material & Inventory Management

• Coordinate with purchase and stores teams for raw material requirements.
• Manage sheet metal inventory, MS/CRCA/SS sheets, hardware, fasteners, and other fabrication materials.

F. Cost Optimization & Productivity Improvement

• Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs and improve production efficiency.

G. Reporting & Management Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Track production targets, achievement, rejection, rework, and pending orders.
