Senior Product Manager - Growth & Data - Pre-Orders & Analytics

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Product Manager - Growth & Data to drive supply-demand matching, customer acquisition, retention, and pre-order capabilities across our quick-commerce ecosystem.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between user growth levers and underlying data infrastructure. You will own product capabilities for advance ordering / pre-orders (slot booking, scheduled deliveries, pre-launch reservations), high-throughput conversion funnels, and data products (predictive user intent models, personalization engines, and real-time demand).

Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-Order & Scheduled Delivery Systems: Build end-to-end product architecture for pre-orders, slot-based booking, and advance purchasing logic while ensuring smooth integration with dark-store inventory allocation and fulfillment capacity.

- Growth & Conversion Funnel Optimization: Own core growth funnel metrics - from landing experience, search/discovery, cart optimization, checkout conversion, to post-purchase re-engagement.

- Data Products & Personalization Engine: Partner with Data Science and BI teams to build real-time recommendation engines, dynamic pricing frameworks, predictive re-order models, and user segmentation algorithms.

- Experimentation & Growth Loops: Design, build, and scale an advanced A/B testing infrastructure to iterate rapidly on user acquisition channels, referral programs, subscription hooks, and promotional mechanics.

- Demand-Supply Data Alignment: Leverage user behavioral data to inform supply chain forecasting, helping warehouse operations predict surge demand, slot availability, and stock requirements ahead of peak fulfillment hours.

- Data Governance & Analytics Infrastructure: Set up tracking standards, attribution models, and event instrumentation across customer-facing apps to ensure reliable data streams for downstream business intelligence and product analytics.

Requirements & Candidate Profile:

- Industry Background: Minimum 5 - 9 years of Product Management experience, with substantial exposure to Quick Commerce, hyperlocal e-commerce, or high-velocity consumer tech platforms.

- Pre-Order / Slot-Booking Expertise: Proven track record of designing and scaling pre-order systems, scheduled deliveries, slot allocation engines, or advance reservations within quick commerce or rapid fulfillment environments.

- Deep Data & Analytics Mastery: Advanced proficiency with data stack tools (SQL, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Segment, Python/R for analysis) and deep hands-on experience working alongside Data Science teams building ML/predictive models.

- Growth Mechanics: Demonstrated success in owning core funnel metrics (Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, LTV, CAC, AOV, and Repeat Order Frequency).

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong experience leading cross-functional teams spanning Growth Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.
