About The Team

We are a small, high ownership AI team operating with the pace and ownership of a startup within a global enterprise. We build production grade AI products that are used by real customers, taking ideas from early experimentation and prototyping through evaluation, production deployment and continuous improvement. The team brings together AI product management, AI engineering and data expertise, with a strong emphasis on shipping, experimentation, quality and measurable customer outcomes. We work closely with product, engineering and domain teams across the business to identify where AI can create meaningful value and then build the systems required to deliver it reliably at scale. This is an opportunity to work on some of the core AI products shaping how modern AI is applied within enterprise software, while having significant influence over what we build, how we evaluate it and how AI products are built and operated in production.

About the Position We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - AI to lead the development of production grade AI products that solve complex problems for enterprise customers.

This is a highly hands on product role for someone who understands that building AI products is fundamentally different from building traditional software. You will work at the intersection of product, data, AI, and domain expertise, with significant ownership over both the product outcome and the process used to prove that the AI system can reliably deliver it.

This is a builder role. You will not simply manage a backlog of AI features or translate requirements between customers and engineering. You will be expected to understand the problem, formulate the hypothesis, work with the data, determine how AI can solve it, establish how success will be measured, validate the solution and drive it all the way into production.

The goal is not to build AI for the sake of using AI. The goal is to build reliable, production-grade AI products that create measurable value for enterprise customers.

Role and Responsibilities Identify high value customer problems, develop hypotheses around where AI can create measurable value and validate those hypotheses using data, experimentation and customer feedback.

Work hands on with large and complex datasets to understand the problem, identify patterns, test assumptions, and determine what is required to build an effective AI solution.

Partner with AI engineering and data teams to design AI powered product experiences, including grounding and retrieval systems, prompts, model selection, orchestration and AI workflows.

Build and own AI evaluation frameworks, including evaluation datasets, golden sets, test cases, metrics, automated evaluations, and human evaluation processes.

Establish AI monitoring and observability for production systems and use evaluation and production data to identify failures, understand root causes and continuously improve the product.

Drive AI capabilities from prototype and proof of concept through production deployment, customer adoption and continuous improvement.

Define and measure the product and AI metrics that demonstrate whether the system is delivering the intended customer outcome.

About You

What We Are Looking For:

• 7+ years of product management experience, with significant experience building and shipping B2B software products.
• Strong hands-on experience building AI-powered products, where AI is a core part of the product experience and customer outcome.
• Deep practical understanding of AI evaluation and experience building evaluation frameworks for AI products.
• Strong experience with AI monitoring and observability, including identifying, diagnosing, and addressing failures in production AI systems.
• Strong data skills and experience working with large-scale data. You should be comfortable understanding data structures, exploring datasets, analyzing data, and using data to validate product hypotheses and AI behavior.
• Experience designing and building grounding systems and evaluation systems, rather than simply consuming AI APIs.
• Experience with modern AI application architectures, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompting, model selection, agents/workflows, and orchestration.
• Demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous problem, formulate hypotheses, validate them with data and experimentation, and turn the resulting insight into a production product.
• Experience building products for B2B customers in heavily regulated industries, such as financial services, fintech, insurance, healthcare, or similar domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI considerations including accuracy, reliability, explainability, security, governance, data quality, and auditability.
• Ability to work deeply with technical teams and engage in detailed discussions about AI system behavior without needing to be the engineer implementing the system.
• Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem is preferred.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to distinguish between an impressive AI demo and an AI system that is genuinely reliable enough for production use. What Will Set You Apart:
• You have taken an AI product from hypothesis → prototype → evaluation → production → continuous monitoring and improvement.
• You have personally designed or owned an AI evaluation framework and understand why evaluation is central to building reliable AI products.
• You have worked through difficult AI failure modes and know how to investigate whether a problem originates in the model, data, retrieval, grounding, prompting, orchestration, or product workflow.
• You have experience building AI products where incorrect outputs have meaningful business or customer consequences.
• You are comfortable challenging an initial hypothesis when the data or evaluations do not support it.
• You naturally think in terms of measurable customer outcomes rather than AI features.
• You enjoy getting into the details and are equally comfortable discussing a customer workflow, analyzing an evaluation dataset, investigating AI output failures, and working with engineers on the product architecture.
