Job Overview

We are looking for Senior Product / Functional Analysts with strong hands-on experience in Temenos Transact T24, particularly Arrangement Architecture and Loan Management and Servicing (LMS).

The ideal candidate will have expertise in retail banking, consumer lending, API testing, and General Ledger (GL) reconciliation. Experience with Tosca automation and the ability to develop reusable automation accelerators for API testing and report validation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications for retail banking and consumer lending systems.
• Work hands-on with Temenos Transact T24, with exposure to Arrangement Architecture.
• Validate loan origination-related interfaces where applicable, loan servicing, repayment schedules, interest calculations, charges, and loan account transactions.
• Perform functional testing of Loan Management and Servicing (LMS) processes.
• Design and execute API test scenarios using Postman.
• Validate API requests, responses, status codes, data integrity, and downstream system impacts.
• Perform GL reconciliation and validate financial reports, accounting entries, balances, and transaction-level consistency.
• Identify discrepancies between source transactions, system outputs, and GL or reconciliation reports.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and banking stakeholders to resolve functional and data-related issues.
• Contribute to the development of reusable tools and accelerators for API automation and report validation.
• Support test planning, execution, defect management, and end-to-end functional validation.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact T24.
• Exposure to Arrangement Architecture.
• Strong functional knowledge of Loan Management and Servicing (LMS).
• Experience in retail banking and consumer lending.
• Hands-on API testing experience using Postman.
• Strong expertise in GL reconciliation and financial report validation.
• Ability to analyze complex banking workflows and identify functional and data discrepancies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca automation.
• Experience building reusable automation tools or accelerators for API testing.
• Experience automating report validation and reconciliation checks.
• Exposure to end-to-end banking system integration testing.
