We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the development and implementation of a unified Design System across multiple digital products and platforms.The ideal candidate must have extensive UI/UX expertise, proven experience building scalable Design Systems from scratch, and strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams.Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain a scalable Design System across web and mobile platforms.- Develop reusable UI components, design tokens, patterns, and guidelines using Figma.- Standardize user interfaces across digital products.- Design intuitive user experiences for dashboards, payment platforms, onboarding flows, and mobile applications.- Collaborate with frontend developers to implement reusable component libraries.- Establish design standards, documentation, and governance processes.- Conduct usability reviews and ensure accessibility and responsive design.- Support bilingual interfaces (Arabic/English), including RTL layouts.- Ensure design consistency throughout the product development lifecycle.Mandatory Requirements- More than 7 years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX.- Proven hands-on experience building and implementing Design Systems from scratch.- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Variables, Auto Layout, Components, and Libraries.- Strong understanding of Design Tokens, UI Component Libraries, and design-to-development workflows.- Experience designing complex web dashboards and mobile applications.- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to independently lead and own Design System initiatives.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in FinTech, banking, payment solutions, or SaaS.- Familiarity with Storybook and component documentation.- Experience with Material Design, Ant Design, or similar frameworks.- Previous experience designing financial dashboards, merchant platforms, or payment interfaces.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their updated CV and portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX and Design System projects.Important: Applicants must demonstrate hands-on experience creating and maintaining scalable Design Systems, including reusable components, design tokens, and technical documentation.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Sourced from naukri
