About this role
Hiring – Senior Process Executive | Customer Service | International Voice
Location: Gurugram (GGN)
Level: SPE
Experience: Mandatory International Voice Process Experience
Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred; candidates with up to 15–20 days notice period can also be considered
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Hike: Up to 30–35% on current CTC, subject to fitment
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with good voice-process suitability
- Mandatory International Voice Process experience
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling international customers
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
- Comfortable with rotational week-offs
- Comfortable with 10-hour login schedules
Interview Process: HR → VNA → Operations
Transportation:
- Gurugram residents: Home pickup & drop cab facility for both ways
- Delhi residents: Shuttle service available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Employees logging in/out at 7:00 PM will receive home pickup & drop cab facility
Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners / candidates serving up to 15–20 days notice period.
