Senior Performance Test Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop performance test strategies, scenarios, workloads, and execution plans based on application and business requirements.
• Create, enhance, parameterize, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing across relevant application environments.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and application performance risks.
• Prepare performance test reports and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve application stability and response times.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 9 years of relevant experience in performance testing or performance engineering.
• Strong experience in performance testing using Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Ability to design realistic workload models and performance test scenarios.
• Experience analyzing response times, throughput, resource utilization, and scalability behavior.
• Hands-on capability in performance test scripting, execution, result analysis, and reporting.

Good to Have:

• Experience with NeoLoad for performance test scripting and execution.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
