SENIOR PERFORMANCE MARKETER

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads to manage and scale paid campaigns for multiple brands and clients.

The candidate should be performance-driven, analytical, and capable of independently handling campaigns from strategy and execution to optimization, reporting, and scaling.

Agency experience is preferred, as the role involves managing multiple clients, industries, budgets, and campaign objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Meta Ads

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram campaigns.
• Handle Lead Generation, Sales/Conversion, Retargeting, and Full-Funnel campaigns.
• Manage audience targeting, custom/lookalike audiences, retargeting, and budget scaling.
• Conduct creative, audience, copy, and campaign A/B testing.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.

2. Google Ads

• Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Handle keyword research, search-term analysis, negative keywords, bidding, and budget optimization.
• Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and overall performance.

3. Tracking & Analytics

• Hands-on understanding of Meta Pixel, Meta Events, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
• Monitor campaign data, conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel performance.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.

4. Creative & Funnel Optimization

• Work with Design/Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Identify effective hooks, messaging, CTAs, audiences, and creative formats.
• Suggest landing page and funnel improvements based on campaign data.

5. Reporting & Client Management

• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
• Present campaign performance and strategies to clients when required.
• Manage multiple client accounts and take ownership of campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal Creative, Content, and Account Management teams.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads – Mandatory.
• Experience independently managing campaigns, budgets, optimization, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of paid media funnels, retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Good knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Digital Marketing / Creative / Advertising Agency experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
