We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner -Solution Consulting with 10+ years of experience in APIintegrations, technical solutioning, and enterprise customer engagement .
Key Responsibilities
- Design and support end-to-end API integrations for enterprise customers.
- Lead technical solutioning across all business functions within the distribution ecosystem.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectures.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Program Management, and Customer teams to drive successful implementations.
- Support customer onboarding, integration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and technical issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solution Engineering or Technical Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication mechanisms, and integration best practices.
- Excellent customer-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting large enterprise customers and complex integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for quickly understanding complex business and technical challenges and driving effective solutions.
Additional Expectation
- Flexibility to work during late evening/night hours to support US-based enterprise customers and critical business engagements.
