Senior OPT Recruiter

Position: Senior OPT Recruiter

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Champapet, Hyderabad

Shift: US Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit OPT, H1, H4, GC, USC candidates for the US market.
• Identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, project background, and client requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified OPT candidates for current and future requirements.
• Develop a clear understanding of OPT, CPT, H-1B, STEM OPT, and other US work authorization categories.
• Coordinate with candidates to understand their availability, visa status, location preferences, and job requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to improve engagement and minimize dropouts.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, candidate availability, and recruitment market conditions.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, preferably with a strong focus on OPT hiring.
• Good understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, and US work authorization processes.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
