THE OPPORTUNITY

Help build India's next big beauty & personal care brand. Own TOF's brand and organic

marketing, work directly with the founders and help shape a new men's skincare brand from

launch onwards.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN WHAT YOU BRING

• Content, Scripts & Execution

Plan the content calendar, write scripts and

take ideas from brief to published post

across TOF's and the founder's Instagram

and LinkedIn pages.

• Influencers & Partnerships

Find the right creators and brand partners.

Own outreach, briefs, relationships and

deliverables.

• Shoots & Campaigns

Plan and lead shoots, product launches and

brand campaigns - from the first idea to

going live.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4-5 years, hands-on

Brand, content or influencer marketing

experience. Beauty, skincare or consumer

D2C preferred.

• Ideas that go live

Campaigns you have taken from concept to

launch; strong Instagram and creator

judgement.

• Ownership, not hand-holding

Clear communication, organised execution

and comfort working closely with founders.

Paid media buying is handled by our performance agency. This role owns brand and organic marketing, with agency alignment.
