Role Description The Senior Marketing Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in Jodhpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans to promote pre-engineered building solutions, coordinating campaigns across digital and offline channels, and supporting the sales team with targeted marketing materials. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, identifying new business segments, managing lead generation activities, and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. The Senior Marketing Executive will prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership. Collaboration with design, production, and sales teams is essential to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with experience in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns.
• Ability to conduct detailed Market Research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Proven Sales and business development skills, with a focus on industrial or construction-related products or services.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or pre-engineered buildings industry is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in basic office and presentation software; familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with capacity to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
