Senior Marketing Executive

Role Description The Senior Marketing Executive will be a part of our inhouse marketing team and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement for Airattix in Pune City.

This full-time, on-site role involves planning and implementing performance marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with company objectives.

The individual will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to refine strategies and optimize marketing spend. Daily responsibilities include developing promotional content, managing social media and local partnerships, organizing on-ground activities, and supporting product launches and app marketing.

The Senior Marketing Executive will also contribute to overall growth strategies, maintain strong stakeholder communicatiof on, and represent the brand at events and community outreach programs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design, implement, and monitor effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and external brand representation.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion, and customer retention efforts.
• Experience in B2C marketplace or tech-enabled platforms, especially in storage, logistics, or real estate, is an advantage.
• Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, and on-ground) and working with data-driven insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
