About this role
What the mandate covers:
▪ Win new business: pitch, prospect and onboard clients against annual growth targets
▪ Own a portfolio of accounts: retention, upsell, cross-sell and shared-IP briefs
▪ Drive revenue and margin: commercial negotiation, collections and monthly dashboards
▪ Mentor the team: build junior client servicing talent and delivery discipline
Who we want to hear from:
10 to 15 years in new business development and client servicing
Background in events, experiential, brand activations or integrated agencies
A track record of closing business and growing accounts, not just managing them
Comfortable pitching to brands and negotiating commercials
