Role Overview: Senior Manager (CFO Support)

You will step into a high-impact consulting role, taking charge of the end-to-end accounting and finance operations for a dedicated portfolio of clients. You will act as their strategic partner, driving growth, managing change, and preparing them for next-level scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Portfolio Management: Independently manage financial operations and accounting ecosystems for multiple corporate clients.
• Strategic Financial Decision-Making: Guide clients with actionable insights, variance analysis, and robust financial modeling to drive organizational transformation.
• Advanced Data Management: Leverage advanced data skill sets to oversee MIS, budgeting, treasury management, and complex financial reporting.
• Fundraising Support: Assist high-growth companies in structuring, preparing for, and securing Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) funding.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Mandatory Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience Baseline:3 to 4 years of solid post-qualification experience.
• Proven Track Record: Must have served as a Senior Finance Manager / CFO in a reputed organization OR possess strong work experience within a reputed Consulting Company.
• Core Skills: Advanced data management skill sets, profound regulatory navigation capabilities, and a deep understanding of corporate finance.

Note: Only Chartered Accountants with the specified experience will be considered.
