About this role
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Procurement, to lead procurement for commercial interior and workplace projects.
The role will own sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, cost optimisation and timely procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement planning and sourcing across multiple C&I projects.
- Develop and manage a strong vendor and supplier network.
- Drive cost savings through negotiation, benchmarking and value engineering.
- Manage procurement of interior, fit-out, furniture, MEP and project-related packages.
- Ensure timely procurement of critical and long-lead materials.
- Monitor vendor performance across cost, quality and delivery.
- Track procurement spend against project budgets.
- Manage commercial negotiations, POs and vendor contracts.
- Identify procurement risks and ensure timely resolution.
- Partner with Design, Projects, QS/Commercial and Finance teams.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team.
Procurement Ownership:
- Procurement spend and budget adherence
- Cost savings and value engineering
- On-time procurement and long-lead closure
- Vendor cost, quality and delivery performance
- PO and commercial closure
- Procurement risk management
What We're Looking For:
- 10 - 13 years of procurement experience, preferably in Commercial Interiors, Design & Build, Workplace or Construction.
- Strong experience in vendor management, sourcing and commercial negotiations.
- Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, furniture and MEP procurement.
- Strong cost optimisation and market benchmarking skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and procurement teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
