Position: Full -Time

Experience: 3-5 Years

Educational Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Additional Requirements: Valid C Licence / applicable electrical licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day MEP and technical operations covering Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety, DG, STP, RO, lifts and other critical infrastructure.
• Manage HT/LT electrical systems, including 11 kV / 33 kV incoming supply, HT yard, transformers, DGs and distribution systems.
• Manage and coordinate the technical/maintenance team, including manpower deployment, performance, training and 24x7 operational support.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure timely response and closure of breakdowns.
• Manage technical vendors, contractors, AMCs/OEMs and monitor SLA/KPI compliance.
• Maintain and monitor asset records, equipment history, warranties, AMC/CMC details and lifecycle/replacement requirements.
• Drive sustainability, energy conservation, utility optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
• Handle general administrative and operational coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day campus operations.
• Identify and implement new initiatives and technologies to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
• Support CAPEX planning, technical evaluations, procurement and implementation of projects.
• Prepare and review operational MIS, maintenance reports, utility consumption and performance reports.
• Ensure statutory compliance, electrical safety, audits and required certifications.
• Analyse recurring failures and coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support the Associate Director in overall Campus Operations.

What we are looking for:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering – Essential.
• Valid C License / applicable electrical license – Essential.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities, campus, institutional, commercial or similar operations.
• Hands-on experience in 11 kV / 33 kV HT systems and operations – Essential.
• Experience in MEP operations, maintenance and technical team management.
• Experience in vendor/contractor management and administration.
• Good communication, coordination, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a large residential/institutional campus will be preferred.
• Exposure to sustainability, energy management, asset management and CAPEX projects will be preferred.
• Master's degree / MBA / M.Tech is desirable but not mandatory.

• The candidate should be proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day technical operations and general administrative and operational requirements, anticipate potential issues and take timely corrective action.
• The candidate should be capable of analysing problems, developing practical solutions and ensuring effective resolution.
• The candidate should take ownership of critical infrastructure, maintenance and assigned operational responsibilities, while effectively coordinating the technical team, vendors and internal stakeholders. The role requires a strong focus on reliability, service quality, safety and operational efficiency, along with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for energy savings, cost optimisation and continuous improvement.
• The candidate should have good administrative, communication, coordination and reporting skills and work closely with the Associate Director to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of Campus Operations.
