Senior Manager -Marketing/ Customer Relationship

Profile Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned, dynamic, and result-oriented Insurance/Marketing professional to join us as Senior Manager – Marketing & Customer Relationship. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in insurance marketing, business development and customer relationship management. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth technical knowledge of the insurance industry, and a proven track record of driving business growth, managing key client portfolios, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

• Develop new business channels and expand service offerings in line with industry demands.
• Define and implement strategies for business growth, operational excellence, and client retention.

Client Engagement

• Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and corporate clients.
• Act as the key point of contact for high-value clients and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure a client-centric approach across all service deliveries.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Insurance & MBA preferred.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years in insurance
• Strong industry network and prior experience in handling senior-level client relationships.
• Hands-on knowledge of general insurance policies and loss adjusting processes.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, survey tools, and report writing.
• Experience in corporate business management, with a strong understanding of business development, client management, and corporate marketing strategies.
