Senior Manager - Legal

Experience:

- 10 - 15 years of legal experience, preferably in a mid-sized or large corporate organization.

Business Coverage:

- Handle legal matters for WIN India and International business operations.

Contract Management:

- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial and international contracts.

Legal Advisory & Compliance:

- Advise on employment laws, factory laws, statutory compliances, criminal matters, and international legal issues.

Litigation Management:

- Manage civil, criminal, Intellectual Property (IP), Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act), and other legal cases across courts and forums.

Transactions & Due Diligence:

- Handle legal due diligence, transaction documentation, negotiations, and execution of agreements.

Internal Investigations & Governance:

- Manage internal investigations, ethics-related matters, corporate governance, and legal risk.

Communication Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Working Schedule:

- Working Days: 5.5 days per week.

- 1st and 3rd Saturdays: Work from home.

- 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturdays: Holidays.
