Senior Manager -Global IT_ERP and Product Configuration

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT leader to drive global IT operations, manufacturing ERP implementation and Product Configurator (CPQ) initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations.

The role will be responsible for leading ERP transformation, selecting and implementing a new product configurator, managing technology partners and overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of a new Manufacturing ERP, managing external vendors, project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Drive selection and implementation of a Product Configuration / CPQ solution and its integration with ERP.
• Ensure effective management of manufacturing processes including BOM, routing, MRP, costing and production workflows.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure and cybersecurity across multiple locations.
• Manage technology partners, implementation vendors and IT teams across India and USA.
• Drive AI, automation and technology initiatives to improve business efficiency.
• Work closely with senior management and business functions to align IT strategy with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1015 years of experience in IT, ERP and business systems, preferably in manufacturing or engineered products.
• Strong experience in Manufacturing ERP implementation, preferably as the customer-side project owner.
• Hands-on functional understanding of manufacturing ERP processes including BOM, MRP, routing and costing.
• Experience in Product Configurator / CPQ / Variant Configuration implementation.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience in vendor management, project governance and leading multi-location IT teams.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity and ERP integrations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Important: This is a leadership and ERP program ownership role, not a hands-on development or system administration position.
