Job Summary:

The Senior Manager Finishing will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-quality finishing works for large-scale commercial IT park projects. The role requires strong expertise in interior and exterior finishes, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed within timelines, quality standards, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all finishing works including flooring, ceilings, partitions, painting, faade interfaces, and allied interior works.
• Develop detailed finishing schedules and ensure timely execution as per project milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and contractors for seamless execution.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues related to finishing works.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain premium standards.
• Manage vendor selection, contractor performance, and material approvals.
• Track budgets and control costs related to finishing activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with company processes.
• Drive value engineering initiatives without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 12–18 years of experience in construction, with a focus on finishing works
• Prior experience in commercial IT park or large-scale real estate projects is mandatory

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience with reputed real estate developers or contracting firms
• Strong exposure to high-end commercial finishes and corporate office spaces
• Ability to handle multiple projects and large teams
