About The Role

The Senior Copywriter will be responsible for shaping the creative voice and communication of Swiss Beauty across digital, social, e-commerce, campaigns, and brand storytelling. The role requires a strong understanding of beauty, culture, trends, and consumer behaviour, with the ability to turn insights into sharp, engaging and commercially effective copy. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of experience, preferably from a creative/digital agency or a fast-paced consumer brand, and should be comfortable developing concepts as well as executing them across multiple formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative thinking and copy across digital campaigns, social media, content, performance marketing, and e-commerce.
• Develop campaign ideas, hooks, scripts, headlines and narratives that are platformnative and culturally relevant.
• Be deeply plugged into social trends, creator culture, emerging formats and beauty conversations, and know how to turn them into meaningful brand content.
• Develop performance-led communication that drives both engagement and conversion.
• Own copy across e-commerce, PDPs, websites, product launches and digital retail experiences.
• Extend campaign ideas into packaging, retail, POSM, events and activations, creating a consistent Swiss Beauty world across touchpoints.
• Work closely with the Creative, Brand, Design, Performance and E-commerce teams from brief to execution.
  
  

What Are We Looking For

• Strong conceptual thinking and exceptional copywriting craft.
• Deep understanding of social-first content, digital platforms and performance marketing.
• Experience working on e-commerce and conversion-led communication.
• Experience with beauty, skincare, makeup, fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Someone who can move effortlessly between a campaign idea, a Reel hook, a performance headline, a product page, packaging and a retail communication.
• Curious, culturally plugged-in and constantly looking at what's next in content, culture and digital.
