Job Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content strategy and execution for Acefone across formats: long-form (whitepapers, eBooks, guides), blogs, case studies, short-form social content, and ad copy.
• Build and own the quarterly content calendar, and lead a team of content writers to deliver against itconsistently and on time.
• Use AI tools to scale content production and ideation, while ensuring the output stays original, differentiatedand clearly on-brand rather than generic.
• Create content that actively influences and accelerates the B2B buying journey, tying content decisions topipeline and growth goals.
• Build a distribution plan for every major piece of content, across social, email, events and other channels,rather than treating publishing as the finish line.
• Partner closely with SEO, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure content supports the wider funnel,messaging, and demand generation goals.
• Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice and editorial quality bar across writers, freelancers, and formats.

Required Skills

• Strong flair for writing and communication skills, with a portfolio spanning long-form and short-form formats.
• Hands-on experience creating whitepapers and other long-form content, as well as short-form social content and ad copy.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance content production and ideation, without compromising originality or quality.
• Working understanding of B2B SaaS and growth-oriented environments, and how content maps to different stages of the buying journey.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team of content writers, with a track record of hitting delivery timelines.
• Proven ability to build distribution for content produced, not just create it.
• Experience with B2B SaaS companies is a plus.
• Background in journalism or writing is a plus
• Consistent, on-time delivery against the quarterly content calendar.
• Growth in content-driven leads and pipeline contribution.
• Improvement in engagement metrics across formats (downloads, time on page, social engagement).
• Distribution reach and performance of key content pieces across channels.
• AI writing/ideation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
• Content planning & collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Asana)
• Design tools for social/visual content (e.g. Canva)
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for content performance tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• MBA will be an added advantage.
