Senior Manager - Brand Marketing

We're looking for a Senior Manager Brand Marketing who can make India fall in love with our brands all over again - one bold campaign at a time.

What you'll own:

- Build breakthrough 360 degree campaigns across TV, Digital, OOH, Influencers and more.

- Shape the brand story for Shaadi.com, taking premium matchmaking to a whole new level.

- Drive awareness, consideration, SOV, SOE, engagement and customer acquisition.

- Create campaigns that don't just get noticed - they move business.

- Partner with Creative, Media, Product, Digital, Sales and Growth teams.

- Deep-dive into segment-level campaign performance and consumer insights.

- Pitch big ideas, run pilots, test fast and learn faster.

What we're looking for:

- 4 - 7 years of Brand Marketing experience - Consumer Tech / Internet / Premium Consumer Brands preferred.

- Proven experience owning 360 degree integrated campaigns.

- Strong Creative and Media Agency management experience.

- A sharp combination of creative instinct and data-driven thinking.

- Storytelling skills that can turn consumer insights into culture-worthy campaigns.

- Someone who can think mass brand and premium brand at the same time.
