Senior Manager/AVP NON-IT Recruitment & Product Hiring

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced recruitment leader to drive our NON-IT Product Hiring business, manage recruitment delivery teams, develop client relationships, and drive business growth across product-based companies, startups, e-commerce, retail, and other non-IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage NON-IT recruitment and permanent staffing operations.
• Drive hiring mandates for product-based companies, startups, e-commerce, retail, and other non-IT sectors.
• Manage and mentor recruitment teams to achieve delivery targets.
• Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, client expectations, and hiring timelines.
• Track team performance, productivity, revenue, and business targets.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers.
• Develop recruitment strategies to improve delivery efficiency and business performance.

Required Skills :

• Strong experience in NON-IT recruitment and permanent staffing.
• Experience working with product-based companies and startup clients.
• Proven experience in team management and recruitment delivery.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
• Experience in client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Candidates currently working as Senior Recruitment Manager, AVP, Recruitment Head, Practice Head, Delivery Head, or Business Head.
• Experience in recruitment consulting, staffing firms, or permanent placement agencies.
• Candidates with exposure to NON-IT product hiring and business growth will be preferred.
