Senior Manager - Anaplan Solution Architect

Hiring: Senior Manager (EPM / Anaplan)

Location: Gurugram | Mumbai | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Experience: 12+ Years

Preferred Technology: Anaplan & Tagetik

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EPM implementations from requirement gathering and solution design through deployment and go-live.
• Drive Anaplan-led EPM solutions; experience with SAP, or Tagetik is also considered.
• Manage relationships with CXOs and senior business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements around FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting into scalable EPM solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Managers and Consultants within the EPM practice.
• Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, solution shaping, and client presentations.
• Support business development and identify opportunities for EPM transformation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience
• At least 2 end-to-end EPM implementations.
• Strong Anaplan / Tagetik experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and team leadership experience.
• Experience managing large or multi-workstream transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Anaplan Model Builder / Solution Architect certification
