Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager/Senior Manager with strong expertise in real estate, M&A, debt investments, and corporate law. Prior experience with a reputed law firm is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage investment, divestment, and debt transactions across India.
• Conduct legal due diligence and land title verification.
• Provide legal advisory support to business teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Manage litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, securities, foreign exchange, and relevant real estate laws.
  

Requirement

• Law graduate; CS/CA qualification is an advantage.
  
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a reputed law firm.
  
• Strong expertise in M&A, private equity, debt investments, and real estate.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
