About this role
Our client, a leading automotive company, is looking to hire a Senior Legal Manager/ Divisional Manager to join its Legal team in Chennai.
Experience: 7–12 years
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier, customer and partnership agreements.
- Advise on general corporate and transactional matters, including joint ventures, collaborations, MOUs, NDAs and arbitrations.
- Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance across business functions.
- Strong expertise in commercial contracts, contract negotiations, risk mitigation and corporate advisory.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional business teams.
Candidates from reputed corporates or law firms will be preferred. Prior automotive industry experience is desirable
