Senior Lead - SAP PP - Manufacturing

Purpose - Why does this role exist?:

This role exists to provide expert-level SAP PP consulting services with a focus on end-to-end Production Planning (PP) process implementation and rollout projects, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules and supporting business operations in manufacturing and steel industries.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators):

- 1. End to end SAP PP process implementation and rollout project delivery.

- 2. Profound understanding and execution of SAP PP Business Processes including Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and MRP.

- 3. Integration of PP module with SD, MM, and FI/CO modules in SAP environment.

- 4. Leadership in PP process testing involving IDOC, API, CPI, and PO-based integrations.

- 5. Data migration execution using SAP Data migration tools.

- 6. Support and ADM project involvement in SAP environments.

- 7. Application of SAP Agile and Activate Methodologies in project implementations.

Critical Tasks (Key Activities):

- 1. Conduct Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Center) configurations and support.

- 2. Perform testing of Production Order processing, Goods movements, Confirmation, and Backflushing.

- 3. Carry out basic debugging of ABAP queries.

- 4. Lead meetings and facilitate audience interaction.

- 5. Outline pros, cons, and challenges to stakeholders for collective decision-making.

- 6. Work on S/4 HANA PP/DS functionalities as needed.

- 7. Communicate effectively and present solutions to clients and teams.

Education Qualification & Certifications:

Qualification: BE, Btech, MBA.

Certifications: SAP PP certification preferred.

Relevant Experience:

At least 6+ years of work experience in SAP consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing PP process; at least 1 end-to-end SAP PP implementation and 2 rollout project experiences; experience in Support and ADM Projects; experience in Manufacturing and Steel Industry is an added advantage.
