CIP is the strategic steward of Zurich's Guidewire ecosystem, aligning platform roadmaps to business strategy while driving stability, modernization, reduced supplier dependency, and long term cost efficiency.

India delivery center is one of our global delivery and capability hub. We bring together experts in AI, engineering, analysis, quality, and architecture to deliver product & process solutions, application run services, change and transformation initiatives, and centralized platform services across both on prem and Guidewire Cloud environments. Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich's business units worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Project Manager / PMO for the India setup, driving activities required to establish operations in the first year.
• Manage hiring delivery across internal teams and external partners, including workforce planning, dependency management, progress tracking, and escalations.
• Coordinate internal agreements, SLAs, contracts, and key operational deliverables.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support site operations and strategic initiatives.
• Drive operational governance, compliance, and executive reporting with clear, actionable insights.
• Lead procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, and risk assessment.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution and leadership visibility.

What We're Looking For:

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, transition management and PMO roles
• Strong project planning, governance implementation, and execution capabilities with a delivery-focused mindset.
• Proven experience working across global teams, functions, geographies, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to convert data into executive-level insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Experience in procurement, vendor management, business continuity, contracts, compliance, or site operations will be an advantage.
• Experience supporting a senior management team in a GCC setup, shared services organization, or large-scale transformation program is preferred.
