Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Location - Remote (Pune OR Hyderabad)

Immediate Joiners only (Candidate who are serving Notice Period and left with 10-15 days OR already relieved from last organization)

Experience required - 12+ yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction to ensure application build work aligns with future-state architecture and technology stack.

• Lead the evolution of technology products from internally hosted monolithic applications to cloud-hosted, API-driven, microservices and micro front-end architectures.

• Provide technical leadership across the technology delivery lifecycle, shaping solutions that meet customer needs and support target architecture.

• Coach, manage, and mentor technical resources across multiple development teams, enhancing their technical capabilities.

• Guide teams in adopting DevOps principles including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and continuous improvement practices.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technologies, tools, and security practices to influence technical direction.

• Work closely with Agile Leads, Product Owners, Technical Leads, Data Analysts, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts throughout project delivery.

• Lead deployments across environments using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, SQL/PLSQL, and Microservices Architecture following SOLID principles.

• Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular; Micro Front-End experience is an advantage.

• Proficient in Python and Shell/Bash scripting for automation and operational activities.

• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or AliCloud.

• Strong database expertise with PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, and advanced SQL/PLSQL.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Exposure to Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, Nexus, Kafka, and event-driven messaging technologies.

• Strong architecture, design, and solutioning skills.

• Experience working within Agile frameworks using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Knowledge of production support processes including incident, change, and problem management.

• Awareness of Agentic AI and AI-assisted engineering practices.

• Experience delivering large-scale Banking, Financial Services, or Financial Crime Risk technology projects.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, ownership, and stakeholder management skills with experience working across global teams and multiple time zones.
