About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with excellent client management skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality turnkey home interior projects. You will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences while driving design excellence and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects from concept to final handover.
• Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and design requirements.
• Develop space plans, layouts, mood boards, 3D concepts, and design presentations.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and execution documents.
• Create Bills of Quantities (BoQs), material specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and installation teams to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure high-quality design deliverables while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
• Support sales closures by presenting compelling design solutions and building customer trust.
• Mentor and guide junior designers while fostering collaboration across teams.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5years of experience in residential interior design.
• Experience delivering 10+ turnkey or full-home residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, materials, civil works, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and site execution.
• Experience in BoQ preparation, project coordination, and vendor management.
