Senior Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, HR compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate salary negotiations.
• Manage onboarding and joining formalities.

2. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.

3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

• Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
• Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and salary inputs.
• Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants and finance teams for timely compliance.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
• Organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Conduct employee satisfaction and feedback initiatives.
• Support performance management and employee retention initiatives.

5. Performance Management

• Coordinate annual performance appraisals.
• Track employee KPIs and performance review schedules.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Monitor probation reviews and confirmation processes.
