Senior HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to lead recruitment activities and manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, team management, and recruitment strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across various departments and job levels.
Develop and implement effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
Lead, guide, and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage offer negotiations.
Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and team performance.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience in team handling and recruitment strategy development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and achieve hiring targets.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification preferred.
