Senior HR Executive Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

Monthly salary range: 45,000–50,000

Reports to: HR Manager, working closely with the COO and functional leads

About the role
STEP is a growing technology and automation services company. We need a hands-on HR professional who can strengthen hiring, support delivery teams, improve employee follow-through, and run dependable HR operations as the organization grows.

Key responsibilities
• Own end-to-end hiring: role intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback follow-up, compensation discussions, offers, and joining.
• Build a reliable pipeline for technology and delivery roles, including RPA, QA/test automation, AI/agent development, product, and business roles.
• Hire and guide three HR interns, assign work, review progress, and maintain quality in recruitment coordination and HR administration.
• Run onboarding, probation tracking, employee records, attendance and leave coordination, policy communication, and exit processes.
• Support performance management, appraisal coordination, employee engagement, retention conversations, and timely follow-up on employee concerns.
• Help managers set clear expectations, track commitments, and close HR and people-related actions on time.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, including employee and intern development.
• Maintain accurate HR reports on hiring pipeline, open positions, interview status, offer acceptance, joining, attrition, and key follow-ups.
• Handle employee information with discretion and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.

Candidate profile
• 4–5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in IT/ITES, technology services, automation, or a similar fast-moving organization.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment capability, including sourcing for technical and specialist roles.
• Practical experience across HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, and engagement.
• Confident written and verbal communication, disciplined follow-through, sound judgment, and ability to work independently with functional leaders.
• Comfortable using Excel and HR systems to maintain accurate trackers and provide clear updates.
• Demonstrated ability to balance employee support with consistent policy application and timely execution.
