Senior HR Executive and Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment 80%

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and consultants.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts and candidate closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations & Compliance – 20%

• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data.
• Coordinate payroll processing and resolve employee queries.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT and LWF.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Support Shops & Establishments and POSH compliance.
• Monitor working hours, leave policies and wage regulations.
• Coordinate HR vendors, employee assets and documentation.
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance audits.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities.
