Role Description The Senior Housekeeping Executive is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, event spaces, and back-of-house facilities at Aldovia Resort & Convention. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes supervising housekeeping teams, assigning duties, ensuring adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards, and conducting regular inspections to maintain the resort's premium presentation. The role involves coordinating linen and inventory management, monitoring use of cleaning supplies and equipment, and implementing sustainable and safe cleaning practices. The Senior Housekeeping Executive collaborates closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Events teams to support high-volume conventions, weddings, and leisure stays, addressing guest requests and resolving service issues promptly. The position also includes training and mentoring team members, maintaining standard operating procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement in guest experience.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in hotel or resort housekeeping operations, including supervision of room attendants and public area staff.
• Strong skills in quality control, inspection routines, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards in hospitality environments.
• Ability to manage schedules, workloads, and task assignments for diverse housekeeping teams during high-occupancy periods.
• Experience coordinating inventory, linen and laundry processes, and efficient use of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Proficiency in communicating with guests and internal departments, with a focus on service recovery and guest satisfaction.
• Capability to train, coach, and develop team members, fostering a respectful, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
• Familiarity with housekeeping-related software or property management systems is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a large-scale resort, convention center, or luxury hotel environment is highly beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on operational requirements.
