Role Summary

We are looking for a Program Manager to own and drive demand-led growth for new stores and expanding cities, with a relentless focus on maximising total orders. This role will sit at the intersection of Growth, Category, Supply, Brand, Monetisation, and Product, ensuring that newly launched stores scale rapidly, capture high order volumes, and build sustainable demand momentum from day one.

The person will strategise and execute targeted demand generation initiatives designed specifically to drive order growth. The role requires someone who is deeply strategic and capable of leading high-stakes cross-functional execution to scale order throughput across new store networks and city expansions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define, strategise, and execute end-to-end demand growth playbooks for new stores and city expansions, centered on accelerating total order volume.
2. Partner with Monetisation teams to unlock high-yield brand partnerships, sponsored placements and co-marketing budgets that directly fuel order growth in new launch zones.
3. Collaborate with Category and Supply teams to ensure campaign SKUs are fully stocked and available in dark stores ahead of launch.
4. Work alongside Brand, Performance Marketing, and CRM teams to design the communication strategy for the new stores.
5. Run daily and weekly demand governance cadences, tracking execution timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and order targets for new store launches.
6. Track demand-side metrics including traffic, conversion, repeat behavior, and customer funnel drop-offs.
7. Conduct root cause analyses on underperforming stores, designing corrective action plans across functions to recover the lost order potential.
8. Prepare weekly business reviews with insights, root causes, actions, owners, timelines, and impact tracking.
9. Develop repeatable, cross-functional playbooks for new store openings to streamline launch execution, minimise time-to-scale, and ensure consistent order ramp-up across new catchments

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, revenue operations, business development, category growth, or program management.
2. Strong analytical skills with hands-on comfort in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, dashboards, and BI tools.
3. High ownership, structured problem solving, and strong follow-through.
4. Strong stakeholder management across Growth, Category, Supply, Operations, Product, Analytics, and City teams.
5. Comfortable working with store-level, SKU-level, category-level, and funnel-level data.
6. Proven ability to identify root causes from data and drive cross-functional action.
7. Ability to manage multiple stores / cities / categories simultaneously in a fast-paced operating environment.
8. Prior experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, grocery, retail, FMCG, food delivery, marketplace, or hyperlocal businesses will be preferred.
