Job Summary

Shree Vardhman Group is looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented senior graphic designer with 4-9 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with a real estate developer or property firm and possess a strong understanding of real estate branding, project marketing, and digital and print design.

The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing creatives, project brochures, sales presentations, promotional materials, and digital content that strengthen the company's brand identity and support its sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Designs

- Design engaging social media creatives, advertisements, banners, and promotional campaigns for various digital platforms and for the marketing team.

- Develop creative concepts and visual content for property launches, project promotions, and marketing campaigns.

2. Real Estate Project Marketing

- Design high-quality project brochures, flyers, leaflets, catalogues, and property presentation materials.

- Prepare professional prospect presentations, investor decks, and sales pitch presentations.

- Design hoardings, standees, outdoor advertisements, and other promotional materials.

- Prepare and enhance floor plans, location maps, site maps, and project layouts for marketing purposes.

- Edit and enhance project photographs, property images, and other visual assets.

3. Branding & Creative Development

- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing materials.

- Develop creative concepts, layouts, typography, colour schemes, and visual styles aligned with the company's brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

- Contribute ideas for taglines, captions, marketing messages, and campaign concepts.

4. Team Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and management teams to understand briefs and project requirements.

- Manage multiple design assignments and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

- Review designs for accuracy, quality, and consistency before final delivery or printing.

- Maintain organised design files, templates, and creative assets for future use.

Skills & Technical Requirements

-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, and PageMaker.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work, preferably for real estate developers.

- Experience designing real estate brochures, project presentations, social media creatives, hoardings, and digital advertisements.

- Good understanding of real estate branding, property marketing, and digital marketing formats.

- Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, typography, colour composition, and attention to detail. - Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools and emerging creative technologies.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and meet strict deadlines.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- 4-9 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably with a real estate developer.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant design field.

- Practical knowledge of both digital and print design requirements.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- A strong portfolio of previous creative and real estate marketing projects is essential.
