Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will work on-site full time at our Jaipur location, leading the creation of visual concepts for branding, marketing, and communication materials. Responsibilities include designing logos, brand identities, social media creatives, print collateral, and digital assets, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate project requirements into clear visual narratives and design systems. The Senior Graphic Designer will oversee design quality, provide feedback to junior designers, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. This position also includes preparing production-ready files, coordinating with vendors when needed, and staying current with design trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in creating visual compositions and layouts
• Experience in logo design and branding, with the ability to develop cohesive brand identities
• Solid understanding of typography and its application across digital and print media
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
• Demonstrated experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers
• Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo work, and multi-channel design projects
