Position Overview

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Sector 28, Gurugram | Work Mode: On-site | Full-time

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and a premium design sense. The candidate should be able to understand the brand, audience, and marketing objective and independently develop high-quality creatives.

• Strong creative and visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to understand and maintain the brand's visual language, positioning, and premium aesthetics.
• Ability to develop fresh creative concepts independently.
• Experience in social media creatives, performance ads, campaign creatives, and digital marketing communication.
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, composition, visual hierarchy, and current design trends.
• Ability to experiment with different visual styles while maintaining brand consistency.
• Short-form video/motion graphics experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Photoshop: Advanced
• Illustrator: Advanced
• Canva: Advanced
• InDesign & Figma: Working Proficiency
• Premiere Pro: Basic–Intermediate
• After Effects: Basic–Intermediate preferred
• AI Tools: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or similar – Added Advantage

Primary expectation: Strong creative thinking, brand understanding, visual storytelling, and the ability to independently convert marketing briefs into high-quality static and digital creatives.
