Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the visual development of campaigns, brand identities, and digital assets for a variety of clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves conceptualizing and executing designs for social media, web, print, and motion-based projects in collaboration with creative, strategy, and marketing teams. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining logos, typography systems, layouts, and brand guidelines, while ensuring consistency and high-quality output across all touchpoints. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, participate in client presentations, and contribute to brainstorming sessions to bring compelling visual ideas to life.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality work.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including experience creating coherent visual identities and brand systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, including type selection, hierarchy, and legibility across digital and print formats.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; and relevant motion or UI tools) is required.
• Experience working in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate marketing and strategic goals into effective visual solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• A degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
