Senior Finance Manager India & US

Phox Health is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to manage finance operations across our India and US entities.

This is a hands-on finance management role covering accounting, financial reporting, AP/AR, billing, payments, cash flow, compliance and audit coordination. You'll work closely with leadership and external finance partners to ensure finance operations are accurate, timely and well controlled.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities across India and US entities
• Lead monthly close, reconciliations and financial reporting
• Oversee AP, AR, billing, collections and vendor payments
• Manage US finance processes, including US accounting and reporting requirements
• Manage India finance requirements including GST, TDS and other applicable compliances
• Support US vendor and driver payment processes and ensure timely execution
• Prepare and monitor cash-flow forecasts and working capital
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other external finance partners
• Maintain and improve finance controls, SOPs and approval processes
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify finance processes
• Manage and mentor the finance team

What we're looking for

• 10–12 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Strong hands-on experience in accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR and reconciliations
• Practical experience with US accounting, US entities or US GAAP
• Good understanding of Indian finance and statutory requirements, including GST and TDS
• Experience managing cash flow, payments and working capital
• Experience working with auditors and external finance/tax partners
• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting-system skills
• Experience managing or mentoring a small finance team
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of finance operations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in logistics or a startup environment is good to have
