Role Description: The Fashion Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Aza Fashions in Mumbai. This role focuses on providing personalised styling and wardrobe recommendations, guiding clients through the latest designer collections and helping them select outfits and accessories suitable for occasions such as weddings, festive events, and everyday luxury wear. The fashion consultant will greet and engage clients, understand their preferences, body types, and budgets, and offer tailored fashion advice to enhance their overall look and experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date product and designer knowledge, coordinating fittings, ensuring store displays are visually appealing, and supporting sales by recommending complementary pieces. The role also involves delivering high-quality customer service, handling client queries, and collaborating with the store team to meet sales and client satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge and understanding of luxury fashion, designers, fabrics, and current trends.
• Demonstrated fashion consulting and personal styling skills, with an eye for detail, colour, and fit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
• Proven customer service skills, with a client-first mindset and a professional, polished demeanour.
• Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and store targets.
• Previous experience in fashion retail, styling, or luxury customer service is highly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Relevant education in fashion, design, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
