Senior Export Documentation Executive

Job Description:

Aeron Composite Limited is hiring an Export Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end export documentation and shipment coordination for our manufacturing operations. You will handle 15-20 containers per month, from pre-shipment to post-shipment, and prepare preferential trade documentation under ECTA and CEPA.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill, BL/AWB, and LC-related documents
• Plan and coordinate 15-20 container shipments per month
• Arrange local transporters and coordinate with production and dispatch teams for stuffing and loading
• Book vessels and containers with shipping lines and freight forwarders; track cut-offs and sailing schedules
• Coordinate with the CHA for customs clearance and resolve customs queries
• Handle pre-shipment documentation and verification of LC terms and buyer requirements
• Handle post-shipment bank submissions, document negotiation, payment follow-up, and discrepancy resolution
• Reconcile export receipts with bank remittances (FIRC/e-BRC)
• Maintain records and claims for drawback, RoDTEP, and other export incentives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / equivalent); a diploma or certification in Exports/Logistics is a plus
• [3-6] years of experience in export documentation
• Manufacturing industry export experience is mandatory
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end export documentation
• Experience handling 15-20 containers per month
• Good knowledge of Incoterms, LC and bank documentation, DGFT, customs procedures, and ICEGATE
• Working knowledge of ECTA, CEPA, and certificate of origin procedures
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/export software
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
