Senior Executive

International Travel House Limited (ITH) is looking for an experienced Senior Executive - Operations to join our Car Rental Division (CRD) in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

Create an exceptional rental experience by maximizing service opportunities for every customer.

Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and rental requirements.

Coordinate and manage bookings received from clients and branch offices.

Ensure timely vehicle allocation and smooth handover to clients without delays.

Manage customer communication through calls, emails, and booking updates.

Generate and maintain duty slips and operational records through company software.

Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards.

Recommend suitable vehicle options, fleet services, and value-added offerings based on customer requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate

4-7 years of relevant experience in car rental operations, fleet management, vehicle leasing, transportation services, or mobility solutions.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Only candidates from the Car Rental Industry or those having direct and relevant experience in Car Rental Operations, Fleet Management, Vehicle Leasing, Ground Transportation, or Mobility Services should apply.
