Job Description
Job Purpose
To ensure planning, execution and monitoring the inventory audits for all inventory areas like WH, Factories, CFA/CSA, F21 Stores across all business of ABFRL and reporting of MIS in prescribed format to management for decision making to bring process controls.
Job Context & Major Challenges
. Audit planning and execution challenges by coordinating with WH / factory / CFA / F21 stores operation team and other business units for audit date and other requirement alignments.
. Factory corrections done on time for resuming operations.
. Reconciliation of inventory correction with GL balances on month end.
. SIT data circulation and controls on inventory movements for RM and FG items.
. Tracking and working on third party stocks with system and customer portal.
. Control stock movement tracking and provisioning in books and clearing in system.

MIS Review and publishing to management on timely basis for all business's Inventory Recon Review - BIW Vs SAP (GL) on monthly basis Working Monthly GL review of Recovery and Charge off done in system Ensure all statutory audit points are closed by working closing with EY audit team by sharing all required schedules. Ensure team engagement and collaboration is up to mark. Ensure surprise cycle count audits are done on regular basis to have control on process. WH and factory visit on quarterly basis for audit and other compliance purpose. Work on quantitative report on quarterly basis. Monitor third party and control stocks movements are in alignment with SOP. |

Inventory reconciliation between GL (SAP) and BIW on monthly to ensure stock movements are in order.
