About Ksquare EnergyKsquare Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a solar EPC company specializing in rooftop solar solutions, with operations across multiple cities in India. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Purchase / Procurement Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement of solar, electrical, and project-related materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Source materials, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize commercial terms.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely material delivery.
- Analyze and compare vendor quotations based on pricing, quality, lead time, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Warehouse, Accounts, and Operations teams to fulfill material requirements.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, pending materials, and vendor commitments.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage vendor negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the solar, electrical, EPC, or renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar and electrical products and materials.
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems or purchase and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good commercial understanding and decision-making abilities.

- Solar Modules & Inverters
- Mounting Structures
- AC/DC Cables
- Electrical Panels (ACDB, DCDB, LT Panels)
- BOS Materials & Other Solar Project Components
