Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Procurement team in managing day-to-day operational, coordination, documentation, and reporting activities. The role will involve working closely with Procurement, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure timely product readiness, accurate product information, GS1/barcode creation, maintenance of trackers and MIS, and smooth execution of assigned activities. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel, coordination, documentation, and data management skills, along with an interest in using AI tools and automation to simplify routine processes, improve reporting, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

• Support the Procurement team in day-to-day operational and coordination activities.
• Coordinate with Marketing and relevant teams for product information, product
  
  

Readiness And Other Required Activities.

• Support GS1/barcode creation and maintain the required product information and
  
  

documentation.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining reports, trackers, MIS and other data required by
  
  

the team.

• Use AI and Excel tools to simplify routine tasks, improve reports and make processes
  
  

more efficient.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of assigned activities and
  
  

follow up on pending actions.

• Provide support across Procurement & Supply Chain activities as required to ensure
  
  

smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain / Operations / MIS.
• Good Excel, documentation and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of product-related processes; experience with GS1/barcodes will
  
  

be an added advantage.

• Comfortable using AI tools for reporting, documentation and process improvement.
• Proactive, organized and willing to handle varied operational responsibilities.
